Monies raised by this organization will be used solely for children in need. 

Effective November 13, 2013, the IRS granted tax exempt status to our organization under IRC code Sec 501(c)(3) so please note your contributions are tax deductible.  Full financial disclosure will be made to those interested at their request.   

No salaries or fees will be paid to the officers or directors of this charity.
